health 21 total care plan
1) Contact global
health 21 by
telephone or by email with your
chief medical condition and best
diagnosis obtained from your
doctor. If you prefer , your
doctor can contact us as well.
2) global
health 21 will search
for the best specialist/doctor
in the world that will re-diagnose
and care to your condition.
3) global
health 21 will contact
you with a single or selection
of specialists that will perform
your surgery or treatment.
4) You then will be asked to
send COPIES of your medical reports
and radiology views to the receiving
specialist at their hospital/clinic
for their best diagnosis review
without you being present. Note:
several specialists will require
a diagnostic fee for their work.
(An example: Massachusetts General
Hospital requires an approximate
fee of 500 US dollars to review
your case)
5) The Specialist will contact
global health
21 accepting or denying
your case. If more information is
needed then we will request that
you obtain this necessary medical
data.
6) global
health 21 will contact
you with the information concerning
your surgery or treatment. global
health 21 will then have you discuss
the surgery/treatment direct to
the performing specialists. global
health 21 will coordinate with them
on the date, the time of stay, the
medical costs and all other important
information necessary to care for
your surgery of treatment.
7) When you elect to have the
surgery/treatment performed, then
contact global
health 21 so we can
begin to coordinate all of the necessary
arrangements. The surgery/treatment
addmission date, flight and accomodations,
the number of your love ones attending,
culutural and language needs, funding
requirement, and all other important
matters concerning the entire care
plan.
8) global
health 21 will then
determine the total costs envolved
based upon an assumed date of your
departure. global
health 21 accepts only the
fuli 100% amount of funding required
to deliver your complete care. When
we receive the full amount we can
begin to prepare the surgery/ treatment,
flights, accomodations and all other
necessary services for yor care.
Although global
health 21 represents
the patient foremost in our mission,
we sympathize to those patients
that may have financial hardships
in affording an expensive/treatment.
Unfortunately, we must receive the
full amount of funds in order to
pay for all services, and to continue
as a viable organization to help
other patients in urgent need like
yourself.
9) global
health 21 will maintain
contact with you handling any
concerns that you may have proir
to your departure and addmission
to your care. When you appear at
the arrival airport global
health 21 will be
there. If you are in need of
any special medical services at
this time we will have attending
medical personnel to care for your
special needs. global
health 21 will be standing
by around the clock until you are
admitted to specialists. When released
from the surgery/treatment center
and any additional time required
under the control of the specialists
then global
health 21 will be standing by to
accomodate your care and stay until
your depature home.
10) When you arrive to the local
airport global
health 21 will have
concerege services there to
assist you. If you are in need of
special medical attention then it
may be necessary for one of our
base doctors or stand by medical
staff to receive you at this time.
11) global
health 21 will take
you and your loved ones to the hotel
and hospital for admissions. Once
you are admitted to the hospital
you will be under the full attention
of the staff for the specialist.

21 will coordinate
any whishes that your loved ones
have while they await for you.
12) global
health 21 will stand
by to assist any services needed
outside of the care center. Upon
completion of your surgery or treatment
global health
21 will take again
full command and maintain your comforts
until your rest period has ended
and then on to your depature.
13) When you arrive back home,
any follow-up medical information
will be fowered to your ceresiding
home-doctor and communication
will remaind open between your
home doctor and the specialist
that treated you from global
health 21.
